Event Description

Tiffany Murray is no stranger to writing success with her award-winning novels, Diamond Star Halo, Happy Accidents and Sugar Hall, but her memoir, My Family and Other Rock Stars, already received stellar reviews before hitting the bookshops in May of this year.. In the late 1970s, Tiffany lived with her mum, Joan, at Rockfield, the iconic recording studios, where some of the most famous rock albums of all time were recorded. And this was the background to her freewheeling, ever-changing childhood where the chances of bumping into Freddie Mercury playing piano, or a group of Hell’s Angels turning up to record for Lemmy or even the hope of David Bowie appearing were as normal as hopscotch and homework.

This event is held at The Acorn Theatre.
