St Agnes Heroes

Dorothy Gill-Carey, an eminent scientist in the field of antibiotics in Oxford in the 1940’s, is still hard at work running a hotel in the Cornish village of St. Agnes. With indefatigable energy, she takes us on a tour of the local area, to talk about her Cornish heritage, her history and the antibiotic that got away! 18 Mins
