Author Susan Fletcher’s debut novel, Eve Green, written while she was taking the MA in Creative Writing at UEA, won the Whitbread First Novel Award in 2005 and the Betty Trask Prize in 2006. She now has a further seven novels to her name, supplementing her writing through various roles including a cheesemonger and warden for an archaeological excavation near Hadrian’s Wall. Florrie has led an an extraordinary life full of travel, passion and adventure and suspects that there are no more surprises to come her way.
