Event Description

If Billy Elliot were Cornish, he’d be a surfer, not a ballet dancer. Or so claims Robin Falvey, whose debut novel, Fulmar, is set in Cornwall and was runner up in the Bath Novel Award. As well as reading from his book, which is about recovery, resilience and the ocean, he will focus on how surf lifesaving saves lives out of the water too and how his own experiences influenced this story.

This event is held at Penlee Coach House.
